These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and digital game services, including games and related services available on mobile devices, PCs, and other platforms (collectively, the “Services”).

If we become aware that a user under 13 has used the Services, or that a minor has made purchases without appropriate consent, we may restrict the account, suspend paid features, review refund requests, and delete personal information where required by applicable law.

Use of the Services

Permitted Use

• copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, perform, or create derivative works from any part of the Services, except as expressly permitted;

• use the Services for commercial purposes, including selling, renting, sublicensing, or monetising access to the Services or any content;

• interfere with, disrupt, or overload the Services, servers, or networks, including through bots, scripts, or automated tools.

Prohibited Conduct

When using the Services, you must not:

• violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights;

• upload, post, transmit, or share content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate;

• distribute viruses, malware, or any other harmful code;

• cheat, exploit bugs or vulnerabilities, or use unauthorised software to gain an unfair advantage;

• share, sell, transfer, or allow others to access your account or login credentials.

Accounts

Some features of the Services may require you to create an account.

You are responsible for:

• maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials; and

• all activities that occur under your account.

You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation. We are not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to safeguard your credentials. 

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or remain inactive for an extended period.

In-Game Purchases and Paid Features

The Services may include optional in-game purchases and other paid features ("Paid Features"). All Paid Features are one-time, non-recurring purchases initiated voluntarily by you. We do not offer subscriptions, membership plans, auto-renewal, or any recurring payment arrangements.

By purchasing Paid Features, you agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes displayed at the time of purchase.

Paid Features are licensed for personal use only, have no real-world value, and may not be transferred or exchanged outside the Services.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any Paid Feature at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable. Since all purchases are one-time transactions, any modification or discontinuation will only affect future purchases.

Payments are processed by authorised third-party payment providers. We do not store sensitive payment information.

Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, including all content, software, artwork, audio, trademarks, and logos, are owned by us or our licensors. 

Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of any intellectual property. You may not use our intellectual property without our prior written consent.

Disclaimer

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranties or representations of any kind, whether express or implied. 

We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from defects. Use of the Services is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services. 

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the Services will not exceed the amount you have paid to us (if any) in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. 

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if you breach these Terms or if continued access is no longer appropriate. 

You may stop using the Services at any time. Upon termination, all licences granted to you will immediately end. 

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us and our affiliates harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any laws or third-party rights.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
